Instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 180⁰C/356⁰F. Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor add chickpeas, eggs, olive oil, cottage cheese salt and pepper, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Blend until smooth.
  3. Scoop the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden and firm in the center.
  4. Let it cool at least 30 minutes before slicing so it does not crumble. Enjoy!
  • 500g cooked chickpeas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • sesame seeds ​
